This property is an old ranch homesite. Although a small parcel, it is a strategic property that protects a portion of the Bull River and the adjacent wetlands and riparian area. The conservation easement protects the bull trout (listed as threatened under the federal Endangered Species Act), the uncommon native westslope cutthroat trout, and other important fish.
