As part of the KLT Outdoor Education project, KLT and Project Learning Tree have teamed up to bring Project learning Tree training to any Bonner County teacher/aid interested in outdoor education.

Project Learning Tree workshop
October 14-15, 2016
Friday, 4-9 pm. Saturday, 8 am – 5 pm.

$40 workshop fee payable to PLT.
One optional credit available from choice of UI or NNU. $60 payable to university.

SPECIAL OFFER! Kaniksu Land Trust has offered to cover the $40 workshop fee for the first 25 registrants. First come, first served. At this workshop, we’ll use PLT activities that will help you and your students address the curriculum and standards while having fun – indoors and out. You’ll leave the workshop with proven materials, techniques and plans for incorporating appropriate activities into your teaching. Enjoy a beautiful fall weekend with your colleagues. Return to the classroom energized and ready to share PLT with your students!

Project Learning Tree (PLT) is an award-winning environmental education program. PLT materials are correlated to Idaho Core Standards and other Idaho Content Standards. You get proven PLT materials and training at fun, interactive, relevant, hands-on, minds-on PD classes.
